Larry, a native of Dallas, graduated with honors from Colorado College in 1969, and then graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 1972, having served on the Law Review.  After clerking for a federal judge in Denver, he returned to Dallas and established his own firm in 1980.  He has experience in all aspects of business, commercial, and corporate law including organizations, transactions, and litigation.  He is also a certified mediator and author of Texas Corporation Law, originally published in 1986 and updated annually, and The Complete Guide to Nonprofit Corporations, published in 2009.
